Deserts~~
Gooey Buttercake
Directions&Ingredients:

1 yellow pound cake mix
1 stick melted butter -
1 egg
]
Mix together these ingredients in a bowl then press the dough in a 9x13 pan

Then, in another bowl, mix together:
2 eggs
one 8oz pack of cream cheese
3 and a half cups of powdered sugar

pour over the pressed down dough

bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
the top will look golden and like..crusty!

IT'S REALLY GOOD!!!!!

Sides
Chinese Green Beans
Cook a pound green beans in 1 and a half cups of water or just enough water to cover them all for about 8 minutes or until.. al dente! lol

in a separate pot, thicken:
1 Tablespoon of veg. oil
one fourth cup of vegetable(or chicken) broth
Teaspoon of soy sauce
teaspoon of sugar
3 cloves of garlic(chopped finely)
put a teaspoon of corn starch in the mix as well
(if it's too thick just add a little more broth)

mix in with green beans
