Photoshop tutorials; shaky gifs #1

There will be two tutorials for this, this is tutorial number 1. ^-^
Okay, get your photo, duplicate it, go to filter>blur>radial blur
this is my settings for the blur;
ok then basically you're done get the animation window up,
and select "make frames from layers" also put the settings from once to forever
Then go to file->save for web and devices *THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SAVE A GIF*
this is my finished gif, my photoshop has been acting up lately. so its not the best quality, this shouldn't be a problem for you though. ^-^
please do not steal this <3
